Guys, Zoomcar has started LOOTING(literally looting and has gone to the level of cheap 3rd rate thieves) customers with random outstanding payments which they push into several years old booking. I’m in a soup after they pushed 3960 rs distributed against 2 booking I made in 2013 Oct & Nov respectively and I had to pay the amount cz without which they won’t be releasing the vehicle for my last booking I did for last Saturday(23rd Sept). Expected it as a technical glitch from their end so that I could speak to them and get back my money.
The problem I faced with their illogical policy of outstanding payment(against 2 bookings which were completed in 2013) while taking the car in the morning on 23rd Sept Saturday is unacceptable. They are a bunch of cheaters squeezing money out of loyal customers with your so-called outstanding amount which started showing up in my account on that fine morning just before I was about to take the vehicle I booked for Saturday 23rd Sept. All my previous bookings were completed without a single paise outstanding and everything was cleared and settled. Te irony here is I made 3 booking after these 2 bookings till 2017 Sept and they never told me I had some outstanding amounts to pay at any point of time and suddenly on 2017 they thought lets screw this customer and they injected some 3960 rs to my account under the header Outstanding payments
I even booked vehicles several times post those bookings in 2013(3 bookings between 2013 Oct and 2017 Sept) and they have never told anything about the outstanding about throughout these 4 years. Suddenly after 4years, they are asking me to pay Rs. 3960 against the booking I completed in 2013(Booking Ids: JPS6E4ORQ, JPS6E4KZ5 during Oct and Nov 2013)
I paid the amount on Saturday just cz I couldn’t afford delaying my plans for that day and thus to release the vehicle I booked for that day. I want to know what went wrong and when am I getting my rs.3960 back?
Will keep everyone posted on this, Im not sure whats they are going to do with my case, but I feel like they are gonna screw me so thought I ll add this here to get suggestions from other friends
