I wish to share my experience with you all regarding shopping on Zovi. My order no BD29C, placed on 22 November 2013. Status: Yet not delivered
Funny part is the delivery boy Mr. Sanjay Hende had the following followup reasons:
1) Sir it’s raining very heavily, so I will deliver it tomorrow.
2) On next day, sir I was late and my bike had some issues, so I will deliver it tomorrow.
3) Later, sir, can you come at some place (2 kms from my house) to pick your parcel.
4) Much later, sir I can’t deliver it today also. Actually sir, I work from 7 am still I am in the field. "Mai kitna kaam karu?" Afterwards, I have to go to work also at 8 pm at Hotel Olent, FCroad as part time waiter. Sir, hotel has very good menu - Veg non-veg.
Tomorrow, I will see and try and deliver. Dekte hai.
I had so much pity on this guy. Zovi, if you are reading this, please treat your employees well.

And needless to say after hearing all this, I put up my hands and vouched never to experiment from other online retailing sites likezZovi.com. I prefer going to the tried and tested (FK).
