They should have just told you before shipping that the weight differs and should have intimated you about the weight difference and revised the prices! The same thing happened to me too!!! Their Trustpay thing is such a lie! I wanted to return a gold chain that i had bought at snapdeal, that i thought was covered by Trustpay, they just simply tell me that they will not do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
