This post was started two years ago.. now by seeing the comments above, it looks like either Plat5 has improved their service level or they have a unleashed a good network of 'secret agents' !

Thanks for all the comments. But I am surprised to see that how satisfied some people are with the hotel stay offer. Guys.. don't you see that if you search in the travel sites(like cleartrip, yarta,inasra etc.) you can find better packages with complimentary breakast, lunch etc. for the same price read more...
thanks lokajit. Btw Guys, while I mentioned about ITBP, don't think that i have good feedback about ITBP(from India Today group) either..they also don't give proper response and you will be the luckiest few, if you receive your order and holiday voucher as adverstised.So, please be aware!!
