While going for the registration did they insist on legal opinion for the Sale deed. SBT is insisting on that and am not sure if this is standard practice.

Don't have to go all the way to Trivandrum. You will get a taste of it when you go to the Central Processing Unit after your loan is sanctioned. Everything is fine in the branch, but the CPU sucks. It is an extremely unprofessional organization. The Gift Card program is the most inefficient. They swiped extra amount on my gift card and even after 3 weeks, I am yt to get the credit for the extra amount swiped. They are just making me go from one person to other without resolving the issue.
