@ imeva ; U r quite right...but i think that applies to every product. I have already mentioned about the AMC policy of IFB. But The good thing is that its still running without any problem.....
@ rohitguptNetworkers ; Yes. u can use the dryer only.
@ prabhdiganta_bth ; The customer service guy will try to sell u soap powder, and other chemicals. I found soap powder was not useful. Its good to use surf excel matic. But coller strain remover is extremely useful. Also the IFB people will ask u for a Annual maintaince contract. I have heard from read more...

prssenthilkumar, u r absolutely correct. 1 week back i bought Tataindicom cdma connection. After 1 week they blocked my outgoing facility just because they thought my driving license is not enough as my ID proof.
