Very true.... Actually they have no such rights to abuse as per the rules. But they do because they have not been taught ethics and manners. They take everyone as criminals. I don't know after RERA how these cheats are upto.. but i am sure there is a chain over their neck. These builders needs to be kicked out of the property market asap.

In word .. no. 1 cheaters. I got squarely cheated with their words. They just don’t bent or deliver. I had brought a flat at Ganga vertica 3 years back and still struggling to get out of it.
