Thanks for your review. It encouraged me to check details regarding size and found that they dont have frames even without discount, matching my size. I guess it takes at least 2 weeks for RACPC to revert back. I had received SMS when file was received by Pune RACPC and after around 2 weeks I got final SMS that loan is approved. Hey Amit, 1. If u dont have a savings a/c with SBI, they will generally ask u to open. Thanks for the comments. - The insurance for the building/flat is available free of cost :-) - Life insurance for the person(who is taking the loan) is optional(SBI Life). I just got my loan sanctioned within 3 weeks :-) May be thats because loan amount was less than 20Lacs and project was approved by SBI. Kudos to SBI people at PBB SB Road Pune :-) Will write detailed review!
