Earlier to my comment Axis Bank is hesitant to take the dispute with country Vacations and are suggesting me to lodge FIR in police station, anyone currently going through this situation or krish any advice would help me if I am going wrong somewhere like reason given to bank and other things...

Hi Krish, I have also fallen into the trap of country Vacations and paid a lakh in end November, I have written email to cv for cancellation and also have raised customer dispute with Hsbc and Axis credit card.. Cv didn't respond for more than 15 days now they have come back saying there is no pol read more...
