Folks, Saw news today? (26 Feb 2009)? HDFC is growing mad. They are planning to charge 3% pre-closure charges if you plan to migrate to SBI etc. WHAT A SHAME! Instead of lowering interest rates these PRIVATE players are resorting to CHEAP tactics. HDFC is on DEATH-BED?

HDFC Home loan? Forget about going to them!!! They are good in marketing it and after you enter, god only can save you. I would strongly recommend every one to go to any NATIONALIZED bank. Please DON'T fall for these PVT banks.

Me and my friends have worst experience with HDFC. Never approach HDFC for home loan. They dupe you with the processing charges and leave you in the street high and dry
