I too faced similar issues with this travels....sincere request to all, that nobody should ever travel in these buses. whatever you think of the bus they have all those in negative aspect, be it in price, time, support, safty.

I have experienced the same...they change routes to avoid toll and take 4-5 hours extra to reach the destination.... Don't travel in this bus even if they offer free service

They change all the interstate routes To AVOID TOLL TAX.. I have experienced the same, never ever travel through this bus.
