UPDATE - I switched off the company email form the phone as this was the most voluminious email account in terms of the size of the data. After this apparently there are no serious issues with the phone. Which means the basic thing that the phone is supposed to do is not handled by the OS. No read more...
noviceatwork- Note that in general I find Nokia phones to be fantastic. Even with the E5 I love the way Nokia has designed the keyboard and the way you easily change capital/small as well as numeric input. I think this is done really well and intuitive. are you sure that the camera is good - i am very happy with the phone except for its battery life and lousy camera - as other reviewers have mentioned- it gives grainy picture which does not feel like a 2MP camera at all esp compared with other Nokia models which have 2mp cameras.
