Please tell me which service center, it got resolved. Because many service people simply changing some parts saying its done. But problem still persists

Pathetic service engineers and service centers, last friday only i did service, He also noted down that the scooter stops on rain and he ll rectify it. But the problem has not resolved.
Stops each and every 5 min even with full throttle. I am fed up.. very scary to take this scooter out even for small rain. No safety while riding in the city like bangalore.
