I also agree that Max Service people dont explain the plans in the starting and their target are innocent/ignorant people. One of my colleagues's suffered the same bad experience as mentioned above.

Nice Comment---as you have told readers to decide what they want---more saving with more frustration with Reliance or less saving with less frustration with other portals. Cheers, I also use Reliance Money.
