I have the same problem and thinking of reaching out to consumer court. We should all speak up and do this and teach these guys a lesson

Btw, I received a product today, elephant table with 1 tooth and two legs broken - and they did some patching work and sent it as is. It clearly shows that the product is pretty old. They painted to give a new look but they missed to paint few places which proved that it is a old piece. I have th read more...
Haritha - My friendly advise is a BIG NO. Never ever go for pepperfry.
Not yet, I had informed them to cancel the order yesterday evening as they promised earlier. And they agreed to cancel it, also they had sent me the transaction Id today for the refund since I made the payment thru netbanking. Now, I need to wait for min of 3-4 days to get the cash back to my accoun read more...

Oops, suppliers too? I think they are just frying people whoever they deal with! Peoplefry would be the correct name. Maybe, we should recommend them to change the name as Peoplefry...
Got a call today again, they said that the item was lost in shipping and they are planning to deliver a new one today! Am not sure how can a elephant style table get lost in shipping! :P Current promise is that the item will get delivered on or before 13th Dec. Note that I had ordered this on 2 read more...

I agree. Am also looking to file a case against them.
No Luck, am still chasing these guys to get the product or to cancel the order. Nothing is happening. Wasted close to Rs.400 just to call up customer care till now.
