@Juned961: I waited for 10 days first. They said it would take 10 working days and now, even after 10 working days, they still haven't sent me a cheque. So, yes, I'm going to file an FIR and file a case in consumer court.
I called every effing person in your customer care, escalation team, and back end. And yesterday, after talking to these people for 2 hours on phone, I got an email saying that refund is initiated and I will get a cheque in 22 days.
