It is easy , Swiggy provides COD, you can place the order for high amount on COD and when it reaches you just deny to accept it.

If you notice flaw in services then you can stop the payment with your bank as payment bank takes couple of days to release the payment. You can also fight as I did my Citibank stopped the payment to Swiggy and credited the amount back into my account after investigation.
