This seems to be the way of giving a positive response for yourself and then write a thank you note on top of that. I had bad experience with tax smile and I landed up here paying the premium fees. If this turns out to be same then I am worried who on the earth should we trust. Customer Obsession should be the first thing these folks should consider. Trust once lost is lost for ever
