ase don't buy any flat with these builders. He will give 1200 sq.ft for below 30 lakhs in posh area. Because he willn't finish the flat even 60%. He will give flat in prelaunch at just 20 lakhs also. He will collect the money. Then he don't answer to your phone calls and even nobody resp read more...

Yes, you are true, he is very big cheater in bangalore, i doesn't know why he become builder instead of becoming cheater, i am sure god will put him behind bars very soon
