I can give u the Claim number, if you want to look into the matter. You guys dont have Turnaround time to reimburse the claim??? How ur company work...Goverment style.. Why Proactively you didnt inform what are the documents you need in one go..and moreover Dr is saying all the patients got reimburs read more...
I already had a word with Customer care and they are saying they have closed the case because of non response of the missed document . Moreover they updated us on 15th sept 2014 about it through sms. and on 16 sept 2014 I called Customer care. they told me they closed it because of Non Response. HOW read more...
