And now after 3 months of the issue they are asking me to provide me the order details to help me. Hahaha. This is so ironical. I completely agree with you. I faced a similr issue. Ordered a Sony Xperia ZL from them. They gave me the shipping date of the 13th and today is the 23rd and no sign of shipment of the product. When I call to cancel, on the basis of their own Trustpay policy, they very rudely tell me they won't.
