@crazyaldo You can do 2 things. Visit your closest bsnl customer care center. Or fill out the Udaan form on BSNL website. You will need to check if there’s a tower in your area. The further away you are from the tower, the slower the speeds get. You can Google all the three steps and fin read more...

On EV-DO Rev.0, getting anywhere between 400KbPS - 1200 KbPS is good! Thats exactly what you seem to be getting. A burst of 2.4 MbPS is expect-able, but not the norm. Besides, burst speeds don’t last for anymore that 20 seconds after a call request.
