They have again increased the rates by 0.5% this month, When you call the bank and ask, they will tell we are sending out intimations but that intimations will reach you only after you only in the next quarter. Even i feel the same whenever i have visited this branch. Very rude atitude towards customers. They are not ready to answer you r queries. Its a torture after kepping ur money there
