This review does not have facts and is like a horoscope article which can be applied to any person or service provider. Its not clear what the billing contention was about. The reviewing not providing these details only makes his case weak at MS.com

More updates on the free gifts: When I called them today, they say that I have to come down to their shop again to collect it. When I made the 100% payment, I specifically requested them to give me the free dinner set at that time. That had it in stock. They said that it will only be delivered along read more...
An update on the above purchase. They finally came with the product but they forgot to deliver 42-piece free dinner set. Guess I not have to keep calling them to send me the dinner set. They dont have a sense of ownership as different departments handle different things god knows which department ha read more...
