Have to agree with your review a 100 per cent. Had been a regular JR guest for the very same reasons- spectacular view, location, sense of isolation. Today apart from sinkin, it has loud music, an illegal bar, The feeling of being in a wild life zone is lost

Love Mudumalai, but the hotels are all concentrated in a small area called Bokkapurum.For the exper ience of wildlifeis sadly lacking.There is so much cacophony.
