I too witnessed the same apathy, once in on 28th Sept - Dussera day on Reliance Fresh Store, Anand Nagar, Ahmedabad where the security personnel didn't allowed entry at 8:45 pm stating that the store is closed. The review instead of being useful was shameful to the fact that such a benign venture gets rusted in hands of improper manpower.

The ambience definitely has to be managed and maintained. I have seen one thing common in all these malls, that is the recruitment of local guys and gals. They are so ruthlessly mechanised and demotivated, which simply doesn't go with the mall culture that have sprung. Elegance no doubt is affected. read more...
