Thanks for really understading my situation. They hire people for their internal projects and once its done they force the person to relocate to some client place for undefined time else he is being threatened to soe harsh actions. Monster.com is a good job porta. But I must say its paid service is not at all good. I have tried it and I didn't get a single call from it. Even they dont have a courtesy to get back to you when you mail them for any query. At first they do everything to make you pay the money and later they are as read more...
Yes...i agree they give us no track and no proof of sending our resumes to people and Highlighting them....they just send a list of consultants and that's it..... Nobody should go for this paid services....
