I had the same experience as you garden. You are not in this alone, and if you check other 'reviews' websites you find others in the same situation. I have a good source that told me, that they have a guy that spends some time a day just to do rebutals of complaints in the internet; to imporve the read more...

I can see where your bias comes from jrn4life. The fact is, the company is no good. If the charge was...say...50 dollars then Id say 'sure why not'. But you know as well as I that customers are not getting $500 dollars worth of service.
