Once you pay them advance their customer service becomes bad. Do not trust them. They are non reachable nor will they call back or respond to mails. Ref Dom Holiday booking YH4475031. Even escalation does not work

This has become painful...I get scared to deal with the delivery people once I think of ordering with them. The whole experience is a headache... Myntra, Flipkart or Big Basket in the meanwhile are better off

issue is not resolved. I had posted comment on November 2011 and Indiaplaza with their pathetic service replied on February asking for response by 7 days or the issue would be closed, who cares, do you think it matters anymore after 3 months delay?!

very bad builders with no customer service. You should enquire about the mishappenings at their Synergy project in Chennai before wasting your money on this party

No livable facility like fire safety compliance, elevator certification, sewage removal facility or water supply...everything lacks at the Mantri Synergy Project in Chennai Worst than small time cunning builders - they do not have consciousness of quality nor life safety
