same here, i gave my xylo for service and complained about 2 problems (door light is on despite all the door are closed, front passenger door gets jammed if one tries to open when the engine is running). the service guy said that they have fixed the problem but have not done a thing. I don't know read more...

yes I dd. That's where Praveen was extremely helpful. Sireesh did not have my choice in stock, M&M sent my Silver Xylo from another dealer to ensure that it was delivered. That's the same dealership I dealt with. To update on my story, after Mahindra & Mahindra corporate got involved, I got delivery of my Xylo last week.
