I agree with you, since there is no gaurentee that the price of the said property will apreciate that much. there is no gaurenty that developer will give you double the money.

I agree 100% with the auther since I am also one of the victim as I have booked mantri alpyne in 2013 by paying complete amount in one go and waiting for the possession.
