Dear 'director83'...no offense..but i guess since you are a buyer here already ..so u seems too defensive (no harm though :) ) ..... but i dont agree that many people will wait for 2.5 years possesion even they pay 17.3 lac for 856 sqft flat//...specially who are not investors but buying to live the read more...
Dear director83 ... I agree to some extent what you have said. But think the people to amenity ratio...is it considerable. Now without considering the amenity consider a 680sqft(CA) flat at price tag of 19-20 lac...is it cheap ? Also one more thing friends when TATA is coming with affordable read more...
