I am an existing customer and have a pathetic experience with GPL. Worst company from a customer service standpoint and only hype with no actual matter.

Sorry but I am having a very pathetic experience with them at bangalore e-city project. Everything is one sided and absolutely no customer service. I completely agree with Vipul. Godrej Properties Ltd might be a valued brand for only those who have never dealt with them.
