Dear Shubh83 Thanks for your comment. I had tried formatting pendrive not only on FAT32 - default (4096) but also other sector size available with FAT32 as well (eg 1024, 2048, 8096 16193), . Nikhil, Please try your pen drive with any other car music system available. You will not face any problem in playing. Then why Ford is offering a USB music system which works only upto 512 files (As per spec). Now if you think playing of only 4/5 songs with frequent breaks in sound is fine then I read more...
