Still waiting for someone from the bank to address my problem. Sent mail to the chairman of SBI but no response from them.
Agreed Preeti and So I was forced to write on this platform. So someone can address the matter soon and the manager will be trained to respect customers.

Yes this is true. They are fraud because same thing happened with my mobile plan and due to that I have changed my number as it was postpaid and now I am using pre-paid with new number. To change number was very painful but I had to do to save myself from airtel postpaid connection and their charges read more...
