Boss, They are just cheaters. i too experienced the same from them. but why did you pay to them extra. you are in democratic country. as a customer you don't have to worry if you had sent mail for disconnection. it is their responsibility to disconnect. also they just pretend saying they are callin read more...

Finally they came and collected the equipments with the acknowledgement. on 02-08-2013 after making a consumer complaint and in mouth shut.
