Thanks to MouthShut.com. Received a call from Kent service center very next day after I posted my review here. They apologized for the delay and the next to next day it was installed at my place.

Mr Sudeep, I guess you are just being greedy. I don't think you will get better service than Maruthi. If you really want to know what is lack of quality and lack of curstomer satisfaction, buy Tata or else ask me who has been suffering by buying a tata. U have gone for the right car. Plss be happy.
