rgsinnovative, with all due respect, you are a fool. Don't accuse people of lying without checking your facts. I purchased this 1000VA UPS in Feb 2007. The authorized dealer who sold it said that the model was being phased out, which is why he offered me a good price for it. So, go back to the ca read more...
