Shruti, I was also frustrated and was very angry with the customer service. But I received call from the executive and as suggested by him the order was cancelled. I advice you to have patience.As I have cancelled my order and got all the amount refunded 100% into my account. The status is not up read more...

What ever you said is partially correct, the customer support doesnt attend the calls, But they are refunding the money though the status is not updated. In my opinion , all that matters is the product or money , not just the customer service
