1. No work life balance. 16 plus hours of work a day at the discretion of the company as per the letter of appointment. 2. Method of training is poor. Training environment and office room is poor. Very useful review! I agree that there is no training provided. NO work/life balance. Nothing. You will regret if you join.

In the above review the person states he has been with the company for several years, but the company was founded only 2yrs ago.There is no work/life balance. No employee Appreciation. Employees are paid a little more to make them stay with the company, but are fooled by working double hours a day. read more...

The M.D. has no personality. There is no training provided. Work hours are long. No future growth. This company is not meant for the brightest candidates.
The review makes complete sense. An M.D. taking advantage in the name of recession. Do not join!
