They are penalising their customers during their initial 'set up' stage. That's the reason they are from Britain.

Had similar exp. - their team leader (NAVEEN) mentioned will call back in 4 working days - nothing happened. Emails aren't replied at all (have the auto response - so they cannot say they didn't receive).
