IFB makes good products and very competitively priced. BUT they are very bad at service. you have to call them multiple times if any problem happens. If no problem happens, yes IFB customer are happiest. Even I'm planning to buy, Because of bad service, I have ruled out IFB. Now I'm confuste read more...

I will say, not to buy from this builder. (Not just this property). If some re-sale of the builder is available, a person can see before buying. AVOID booking under-construction from this builder.

Agree. Avoid booking with KUL builder. Its already April 2015 and no visibility of possession date and people have already forgotten about bridge.
