Butterfly Effect ripoff, thats what i have to say. There was in incident at HEathrow, where an elder person was travelling with is granddaughter, and due to some system glitch, they couldnt find the child's booking for the heathrow-vancouver leg, even though she had a boarding pass. Polluted it is, and it can get really crowded in some parts of the city too. Mostly due to the rapid industrialization of the city in the last 10 years.
