Sorry sir, the complaint is not closed. It is that I got fed up and have not pursued the matter since./// Refund is still awaited .
Shopping.indiatimes.com seems to shameless that they have not bothered to even acknowledge the complaints. I think now comes the role of institutes like Consumer society of India and let us see what is effectiveness of Right to Information that Government has made a fundamental right of Indians.
If we all join together, I think we can appracj National Consumer Forum, instead of each one of us trying it out in Distt Consumer Forum, And one thing more.......
