Now as I have understood..I think I am not willing to take guidance from anyone...and by the way only earning money is not my goal of life....( unlike thieves )...thanks...but those who are reading my comment or Mr. Tom's comment, must read carefully, before you fall prey to any such tactics...
See most of the airlines are somewhat similar. So, there is a chance that one can complaint to govt. if u fly by this. Otherwise no other private company entertains your grievances.
Thanks Tom. Yes, I too did not add a single person. But I sold the items to my near-ones and dear-ones in the original price I bought. Yes, It's a big NO NO No to me too.

They do the same type of gimmicks as done by private banks. Except banking, its all other activities are against RBI guidelines including Credit Cards, Loans etc. I have taken a car loan and they forced me to purchase a SBI product; otherwise they refused to give me a loan.
