Try Axis Bank's My CHOICE instead of StanChart Titanium: same features for Rs. 250/- instead of 750/-. The same experience for me too. Do not buy toys, especially those made in China. Very raw attitude, nil customer orientation. The staff were idly chatting and none bothered to offer help. You may also count me to be having a good experience using StanChart's Manhattan Platinum card! In fact, their customer service is also prompt. All you have to send is an SMS and they will callback! I regularly use the 5% cashback on super market purchases..
