If you read my review on hsbc , it looks quite similar. HSBC has a stron habit of deducting EMI's even after the loan is closed.I havent yet got my money back n still waiting :-)

Well anton, i would say HSBC group operation is good in UK, they considered their mistake and apologised and really made me feel that they were really sorry for it.My strong comment was on HSBC bank in Pune,India.
