Please approach to IRDA ombudsmen along with the evidence. there are more changes of getting the refund of the Premium paid. in the similar case of mine received refund 100% from Reliance Nippon only after interference from IRDA Ombudsmen

Dear Damodaran, there is nothing to explain the only thing i can say that TVS was exist only because of the technology & qualiyty by Suzuki and people trustred because of that.
