Yes, they did forged signature of mine also. They have done fraud and mis-selling to me as well. I have reached out to ombudsman now.

They are experts in this fraud now. They issued fake policy to me as well. After complaining they denied returning any money. Thankfully I have collected all the proofs and reaching to IRDA ombudsman now.

Thank you for the suggestion. I am also reaching to the IRDA ombudsman for the similar fraud by IIFL and Reliance Nippon.

I am also facing the same issue. The exact same way they did fraud with me. Please let me know if you have received the refund. I am chasing them for the refund but they are denying it.
