IIFL along with Reliance Nippon did forge my signature and mis-sold the policy to me. I have approached Reliance Nipppon multiple times and escalated as well but the response was standard that the customer has approached after 15 days so nothing can be done. If you have recordings or other proofs then it is good. Else there is nothing that can be done. I was also cheated by IIFL along with Reliance Nippon and they mis-sold the policy. Yes, they did forged signature of mine also. They have done fraud and mis-selling to me as well. I have reached out to ombudsman now.

They are experts in this fraud now. They issued fake policy to me as well. After complaining they denied returning any money. Thankfully I have collected all the proofs and reaching to IRDA ombudsman now.

I am also facing the same issue. The exact same way they did fraud with me. Please let me know if you have received the refund. I am chasing them for the refund but they are denying it.

Yes, we should book a complaint against Chairman of Reliance Nippon Insurance. I have also been cheated by them.
