These last few days ZNET is involved in a major technology conversion that has come in the way of faster resolutions and quick support. But this cannot be used as a reason to criticize any service provider. Overall these ZNET guys are competent and very helping. Anamika Sood
I myself have been using ZNET for last 12 months. Agree at times there was some delay in responses, but the team has never been a disappointment as far as resolution is concerned.
